  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label or your preferred shipping method.

Receive a Refund or Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship a replacement.

Specific Scenarios

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Solution: Full refund or replacement at no cost.
  • What to Do: Submit photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Return shipping costs will be covered by Weatherproof.

2. Non Delivery

  • Solution: Full refund or replacement.
  • What to Do: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Allow up to 7 business days for investigation and resolution.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: A full refund will be issued immediately.
  • After Shipping: Follow the standard return process. Note that shipping fees may not be refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • What We Offer: Free exchanges for size, color, or style issues.
  • How It Works: Initiate an exchange request with our support team. Once the original item is returned, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Shipping Fees: Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all fees. Exchanges for size or style: Return shipping is at your expense, but we ship the new item for free.

Refund Timeline

  • Approval: Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item.
  • Timeline: Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
