How to Request a Return or Refund

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label or your preferred shipping method.
Receive a Refund or Replacement
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship a replacement.
Specific Scenarios
1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Solution: Full refund or replacement at no cost.
- What to Do: Submit photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Return shipping costs will be covered by Weatherproof.
2. Non Delivery
- Solution: Full refund or replacement.
- What to Do: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Allow up to 7 business days for investigation and resolution.
3. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: A full refund will be issued immediately.
- After Shipping: Follow the standard return process. Note that shipping fees may not be refundable.
4. Exchanges
- What We Offer: Free exchanges for size, color, or style issues.
- How It Works: Initiate an exchange request with our support team. Once the original item is returned, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Shipping Fees: Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all fees. Exchanges for size or style: Return shipping is at your expense, but we ship the new item for free.
Refund Timeline
- Approval: Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item.
- Timeline: Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
